Muzaffar Ali in collaboration with Government of Bihar and Rumi Foundation present ‘Insaniyat Ka Paigham’, the first edition of Jahan-eKhusra in Patna, the Annual World Sufi Music Festival which will be offering a programme of extraordinary diversity in the charming city of Patna on 21st November 2013, 6:30 pm at S.K. Memorial Hall, Mahatma Gandhi Maidan Road, Patna.
