Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East hosts Art contest for underprivileged kids

Jamshedpur, Aug 3: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East organized Sit and Draw and Essay Competition for underprivileged children at the United Forum for Health & Environment (UFHE), Birsanagar Zone No. 6, as part of its Youth Development and Education & Awareness initiatives.

Over 60 students enthusiastically participated in the event, expressing their creativity through vibrant drawings and insightful essays. The drawing topics included “Save Earth,” “Go Green,” and “Say No to Plastic,” while the essay competition focused on environmental conservation. The young participants impressed everyone with their awareness and concern for the planet.

The event was spearheaded by Club President Dr. Meena Mukherjee, whose planning and leadership ensured its success. Rashmi Narayan coordinated with the children and played a key role in the smooth conduct of the activities. Participants were also provided with refreshments, adding to the day’s joy and making the learning experience both meaningful and enjoyable.
