Jamshedpur, July 28: On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East an awareness session on Hepatitis was held at Kumphutta Aanganbadi, engaging 35 women of various age groups. The session was led by Dr. Meena Mukherjee, the Club Editor, who served as the Chief Speaker. Dr. Mukherjee provided an in-depth explanation of the causes, symptoms, prevention, vaccination, and precautionary measures related to Hepatitis.
The event featured an interactive question-and-answer segment. Prizes were awarded to those who answered correctly, adding an element of fun and encouragement. Additionally, Horlicks and biscuits were distributed to all attendees.
The event was graced by the presence of Club President Madhumita Sanyal, Sanchita Dey, Dr. Meena Mukherjee, Rama Khanna, and Sonali Mohanty, who contributed to the success of the session.
