Jamshedpur, Oct 18: In a proactive move towards promoting women’s health, the Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur Zest in collaboration with Brahmanand Hospital, organised a Breast Cancer Scanning event in Adityapur today.
The initiative aimed to raise awareness about breast cancer while providing crucial screenings for early detection.
Approximately twenty-five women availed themselves of the breast cancer examinations, gaining valuable insights into preventive measures and early detection techniques. The event not only emphasized the importance of regular check-ups but also served as a platform for educating women about breast health.
The successful execution of the event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of numerous Inner Wheel Club members, with President Preeti Goyal and outgoing President Nisha Gadia playing pivotal roles in coordinating and supporting the initiative.
President Preeti Goyal shared her thoughts on the event, stating, “Our goal is not just to provide screenings but to empower women with knowledge about breast health. Early detection is key in combating breast cancer, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the well-being of our community.”
