Jamshedpur, September 6: Inner Wheel club of Jamshedpur celebrated Teacher’s Day at their Jagriti centre.
On the occasion Plantation drive was launched by PDC Lata Raina, past president Nalini Ramamurthy, Pasam Adesara, President Sujata Sachdev and other members of the club with children of Jagriti.
At the event President Sujata talked about importance of Teachers Day and how it all started. Children entertained the teachers with a fashion show. Prizes were given to winners.
Children sang songs and it was appreciated by all. Music and academic teachers were rewarded with gifts from the club.
