Our tales of Jamshedpur have revved up the spirit of discovery among the other members of our first-timer gang and I am sure they will become addicts and persist with Jamshedpur for a get away to joy here during picnic times.

Rakesh and his family had occupied a spot by the side of the Sakchi-Sonari Road. Rakesh was spot on as he observed, I prefer to call this picnic period a major break time. Even on Sundays and other holidays, eating, going out or dining out is more r less a routine which we, nonetheless wait for. Stillyou knowtime out with your family amidst the green and relaxed atmosphere, irrespective of the crowd, provides an aesthetic satisfaction. It adds vigor to your mental process. I love this period. My family loves such times. It is our day out.

Taking snaps, scooting around to other spots like the Rivers Meet area in Sonari, Bhatia Park, HUDCO and even Narwa did reveal the onset of the picnic phase.

Though the arrivals were yet to pick up, picnic baskets of two to four groups were visible in these spots.
