Jamshedpur, Aug 8: In accordance with the directives of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District magistrate Suraj Kumar, Incident Commanders are maintaining hawk eye on the market, Haat bazaar, other public places, containment zones and people in home quarantine under their respective jurisdictions. Incident Commander Savita Topno today paid a surprise visit to Dhatkidih under Bistupur police station and found all seven persons under home quarantine orders maintaining protocols. She also stated that swabs of 34 persons of four families in a Bistupur containment zone were taken for COVID tests. All Incident Commanders are ensuring that people are using masks and maintaining social distance in their respective control areas. Shopkeepers have been told to stick to government protocols and ensure use of sanitizers, use masks, maintain social distance among customers during transactions failing which action would be taken under applicable sections of DM Act.
