Imbibe principles of Bhagwan Birsa Munda to fulfill the potential of Jharkhand: Sahis

Jamshedpur, Nov:  The All Jharkhand Students’ Union (AJSU) Party celebrated the Jharkhand Foundation Day at Govindpur on Tuesday. General secretary of AJSU Party Ramchandra Sahis paid homage to Bhagwan Birsa Munda.

While welcoming new members to the party, Sahis paid rich tributes to Bhagwan Birsa Munda. He said: “Bhagwan Birsa Munda had fought a long and gritty battle for protecting Jharkhand’s identity and welfare. I have imbibed Bhagwan Birsa Munda’s resolve, his principles and pledged to continue his battle to ensure a bright future for our children and help Jharkhand achieve its potential.”

“Providing better educational facilities for our children and youth, justice to daily wagers and to the people of the state and maintaining law and order to create a united, empowered and educated society in the state is the only way to honour the memory of Bhagwan Birsa Munda,” Sahis added.

Addressing the gathering at the programme, AJSU Party’s district president Kanhaiya Singh said, “To ensure an all-round development of Jharkhand, the state government will have to go beyond all distinctions and boundaries and work with the people. Working according to the principals and values of Dharti Aaba Bhagwan Birsa Munda and dealing with all challenges with courage and perseverance will be a true tribute to the legendary tribal leader.
