Jamshedpur, April 8: The Excise Department has taken action in Hurlung and Laltand of Birsanagar police station area of Jamshedpur. The employees of the excise department raided here and demolished two illegal Mahua liquor distilleries.
Apart from this, illegal Mahua liquor has been recovered in the search of a tempo near Mango bus stand of Sitaramdera police station area. The person doing illegal liquor business escaped by taking advantage of the crowd. An FIR has been lodged against him. Search for him is going on. The excise department said that 4 kg of Java Mahua and 420 liters of illegal Mahua liquor have been seized. The auto rickshaw has also been seized.,
