Jamshedpur: Mango Notified Area Committee here on Saturday started a campaign to remove illegal hoardings from different places in Mango.
The special officer of MNAC Sanjay Kumar said the MNAC had chalked out a plan to remove hoardings from roadsides.
A total of 26 small hoardings were removed between MNAC office and Mango Chowk.
Remaining hoardings will be removed in next three days, he said.
Kumar said the hoardings not only affected the beauty of the city, but also caused loss of revenue if not removed in time.
He said action would be taken against agencies installing the hoardings despite warning.
