Jamshedpur: International Human Rights Association (IHRA), Jharkhand state women�s organization, has extended its committee by nominating Duma resident Amita Rakshit as the vice president and Gumla resident Purnima Pandey as the secretary.
This was informed today by outfit president Usha Singh.
