ICAI Jamshedpur conducts webinar on effective cost control measures

Jamshedpur: The Jamshedpur branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a webinar on cost control measures and ensuing benefits. More than 1,500 Chartered Accountants nationwide participated in the discussion on the electronic platform. The chief guest on the occasion was the President of ICAI Committee on Management Accounting, Anuj Goyal.

The keynote speaker was CA Sunder Krishnan who provided detailed insights in the difference between less investment and cost control. While suggesting measures in cost control Krishnan suggested diversification of business, digitization and digital transformation, locating and stopping unnecessary expenses, outsourcing and technical implementation.

The welcome address was presented by ICAI Jamshedpur branch Chairman CA Sanjay Goyal. The webinar was anchored by the branch secretary CA Sugam Saraiwala while the vote of thanks was offered by CA Binod Kumar Saraiwala. The chartered accountants who organized the webinar included Vikas Agrawal, Pankaj Shingari, Binod Saraiwala, Yogesh Sharma and Siddharth Khandelwal.
