Human Welfare Trust honours KPS Director Sharat Chandran

Jamshedpur, Feb 6: The Human Welfare Trust congratulated Kerala Public School (KPS) Director Sharat Chandran on receiving the prestigious School Leader Award. A delegation led by Dr. Nidhi Srivastava, guardian of the trust’s Educational Unit, honored him with a flower bouquet and a shawl on behalf of the Indian Principal Networking Foundation.

The delegation included Syed Asif Akhtar (retired from Al Kabir Polytechnic), Mukhtar Alam Khan (Vivekananda International School parent representative), Matinul Haq Ansari (Director, Bachpan Play School Kapali, Seraikela-Kharsawan), Gurucharan Singh (Central Peace Committee), retired engineer Mohammad Moinuddin Ansari and Aftab Alam.

Mukhtar Alam Khan lauded Chandran’s longstanding contributions to education in Jamshedpur and urged him to extend similar efforts to rural villages and Sabar communities of Jharkhand. “Education is the key to success and we hope his efforts continue to empower underprivileged children,” he said.
