All India premier on November 2
Jamshedpur: The premier of the Hindi film, Ilaka Kishoreganj, will be on November 2. The film will have an all India release on that date including the city�s Payal and Eyelex theatres. The film has been produced under the banners of Ma Devdi Motion Pictures, Tej World Entertainment, Daksh World Entertainment and Anukriti Entertainment Private Ltd.
The film has been directed by the husband-wife duo of J Nutan-Pankaj who also has composed the music for the film. The film, Ilaka Kishoreganj is a suspense thriller with plenty of action, drama and beautifully composed music. The film has been shot entirely in Jharkhand amidst exotic locations. There are six songs in the movie including two item numbers.
According to the film�s director duo, Ilaka Kishoreganj is based on orphan children. A young girl, Roma comes to Ranchi in quest of her roots. But she learns that the city�s goons have killed all the members of her family and taken possession of the properties. In the process, Roma falls in love with Raja, one of the integral members of the criminal gang that had wiped out her family. The movie takes a twist when the girl finds out the true identity of Raja.
J Nutan-Pankaj stated that that the total cast and crew are from Jharkhand with a few originally from Bihar now settled in this state. Most of the artistes are from Ranchi. The duo claimed that this venture is the first Hindi movie to be shot entirely in Jharkhand.
The caste includes Rohit RK, Shikha Swarup, Dipak Lohar, Lilawati, Rupesh Kumar, Vikram Nagia, Baby Kriti , Anand Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Rupesh Charan Pahadi, Monika Mundu, Ignis, Bhavna, Sushil Baba, Vishal Pratik, Vinay and Chandan Kumar.
Sahil J Ansari has wielded the camera while Dharmendra from Hazaribagh is the light designer. Two technicians from Ranchi, Sikandar Thakur and Purushottam are the assistant directors of the film. Fight director Satish Anna, and choreographer Chirag Javeri have added to the film�s gloss. Pravin Kumar of Ranchi is the production head of Ilaka Kishoreganj.
The post production work has been done at SN Studio in Mumbai.
The director duo stated that all the actors in the movie have the chance to climb the ladder of success because of their hard work and dedication towards their launch vehicle. Jharkhand ex minister and Congress leader Banna Gupta who was present at the press briefing wished the film and the entire unit success and hoped that more filmmakers would pick Jharkhand for their film shootings.
The film has received the nod from the Jharkhand government�s subsidy provision.
