Jamshedpur: Mamata Murarka, the joint secretary of Purvi Singhbhum Jila Marwari Sammelan was awarded the Nari Chetna Samman by the Dr Sri Krishna Sinha Sansthan. The recognition was presented to her by State Food And Civil Supplies minister Saryu Roy and Hari Ballabh Singh Arsi.
According to members of the Marwari community was elated at Mamata being selected for the award. The community felt that the award to her was more heartwarming because Mamata Murka�s social awareness recognition had come from a different community.
