Hindi Diwas Fortnight celebration concludes

Jamshedpur: Hindi Diwas Fortnight celebrations organized under the aegis of Nehru Yuva Kendra concluded at Sheel Pahari High School in Barabanki panchayat on Wednesday.

An essay writing competition on the topic �environment� was organized for the students. A total of 56 students participated in the competition.

Addressing the students, Kusum Purty of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan said that language was an important medium of expression and that it helped linking human beings to each other.

She said that the knowledge as well as spread of Hindi as a language of the modern global age was the need of the hour. Youths can give a lot of publicity to the cause of Hindi, she observed.

Among others present on the occasion included Manath Soren, Kamal Krishna, Sita Soren and Sahem Das.
