High-speed accident in Kadma leaves half a dozen injured

Jamshedpur: A chaotic scene unfolded in Shastri Nagar under Kadma police station late Wednesday evening as a black-colored car wreaked havoc, colliding with three bikes, including an auto. The aftermath of the incident resulted in injuries to half a dozen individuals, including the assistant manager of IDBI Bank.’The uncontrolled car, moving at high speed, struck three bikes and an auto, causing significant damage. In the aftermath, the driver hastily fled the scene before bystanders could comprehend the situation. Prompt action by local residents facilitated the immediate admission of the injured to Tata Main Hospital (TMH) for necessary medical treatment.

Among the injured were Kadma IDBI Bank Assistant Manager, Geeta Das, a Golmuri Tuila Dungri resident; auto driver, Jaideep Ghosh, hailing from Parsudih; and Anil Kumar Prasad, among others. Jaideep, who regularly transports Geeta Das to and from the bank, narrated the incident, stating that the black car approached at high speed near Shastri Nagar Block No. 3. The collision, powerful enough to overturn their auto, resulted in all occupants being thrown onto the road.
