Ranchi, January 11: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren today encouraged Amrit Kumar Paswan, resident of Ratu Road in the capital Ranchi, by giving him a tricycle.
Hemant Soren said that empowerment of disabled people is the resolution of the government. The government has many schemes to make disabled people self-reliant.
In this series, social security is being provided to the disabled people through the Universal Pension Scheme. He stressed that the society should come forward to encourage the disabled people, so that they too can contribute in various fields and become partners in the development of the state.
