Ranchi: A Sankalp Maharally was organized by Jharkhand Vikas Morcha in Dumka on
Tuesday with the purpose of preparing for election. JVM president Babulal Marandi led party leaders during the rally.
He said the Chief Minister of the state Hemant Soren should relinquish his post since he appeared to be ‘helpless’. He said the CM and his government had failed miserably to perform as per the expectations of the people.
