Jamshedpur roads were water-logged on Friday morning following incessant rains. The Bistupur main road (Diagnol road), situated in the heart of the city, virtually turned into a pond with commuters facing tough time.
Throughout the day, many parts of the city witnessed rains that brought down the temperature.
