Jamshedpur: The hearing on the anticipatory bail application of Tata Motors Workers� Union President Gurmeet Singh Tote, General Secretary RK Singh and Executive Member Anil Sharma was completed in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge S Sikdar on Tuesday.
The court has reserved the verdict till July 2. Tata Motors’ Bi-Six employee committed suicide in Chota Gavindpur in Parsudih. A case of unnatural death was earlier registered in this case. Later on the complaint of the deceased’s wife in this case, the President of Tata Motors Union, General Secretary, Executive Chairman, Tata Motors security officer Vishal Singh and others including her husband for committing suicide and breaching the local public at Parasudih police station an FIR was registered. In this case, union leaders filed an anticipatory bail application in the court.
