Jamshedpur, August 6: Interact Club of Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) took a step towards creating health awareness in slums.
As part of their social awareness programme, students of the school along with their teacher visited one of the slum areas in Sakchi and distributed bleaching powder & mosquito mats as precautionary measures to be taken against common monsoon ailments. They also enlightened the people about the need for sanitation in their home and surrounding areas.
Conducted under the guidance & motivation of the Principal Nandini Shukla and the teacher moderator Sreerekha Mohan, the campaign proved to be a great success.
