Hazaribagh boy is Jharkhand topper in CBSE Class 12 exam

Ranchi: Hazaribagh student, Akshat Agarwal from DAV Public School, Canary Hill Road was the Jharkhand topper with 490 marks out of 500 followed by Tanish Bansal from Holy Cross School, Bokaro with 489 marks. The third state topper positions were shared by four students- Neeketa Sinha from DAV Public School, Sector IV Bokaro; Aditya Prakash from BNS DAV Public School Giridih; Ridhi Singh from Delhi Public School, Dhanbad and Jarubi Akanksha from Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamli, Ranchi with 488 marks A teacher of St. Mary’s English High School said that the results were better as compared to last year for both boys and girls. Both girls and boys have performed equally better but the toppers list was occupied mostly by girls. Principals of various schools expressed happiness over the performance.
