Jamshedpur : Master Harprit Singh of R. V. S. College of Engineering & Technology has been given the �Best Graduate in Engineering� award at the 28th Convocation of Ranchi University.
The Central Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde awarded a gold medal and a cash prize of Rupees thirty thousand only to Harprit on this occasion.
The Director of R. V. S. College Dr. M. P. Singh and Principal Dr. Sukomal Ghosh congratulated Harprit for this phenomenal success.
The Director informed that Harprit had been a student of B. Tech. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) in the session 2008 � 2012. He secured the highest CGPA in all eight semesters of the course.
The Convocation, organized in Ranchi early this week was attended by the Education Minister of Jharkhand Mrs. Geeta Sri Oraon, VC of the Ranchi University Dr. L. N. Bhagat, Ex. VC of Ranchi University Dr. A. A. Khan, EX. Pro. VC of Ranchi University Dr. O. P. Sharan, Prof. Sanjeev Srivastava of R. V. S. College of Engineering and others.
