Gurudwara committee demands probe into murder of Sikh woman

Jamshedpur : Central Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee has demanded a high level probe into the murder of a sikh woman.

A woman was killed at Tayo under Gamharia police station. The victim was identified as as Paramjit Dhillon (46). The police took over the body and sent to MGM Hospital for post-mortem.

According to information in this regard, the woman’s husband Rajbnsh Singh Dhillon is an officer at Tayo company. About nine o’clock on Monday morning he was on duty general shift. At that time, everything was normal.

About one o’clock in the afternoon with vegetables at lunch when he returned home he opened and his wife Paramjit was found covered in blood in the house.

There was no evidence left after killing. The head rending incident in the colony has left people in panic. The body was lying with dried blood which shows that several hours before she was killed.

The couple had no children. Both lived alone in the quarter. The police are investigating the case.

On the occasion, Sukvindr Singh, Dr. Amarjit Singh, Sukhjit Singh, Jinder Singh, Bibi Kartar Kaur, Rajinder Kaur, Jaspal Kaur, Ranjit Kaur were present.
