Jamshedpur, July 28: Guru Purnima Mahotsav the annual event of socio-religious organization Bharatiya Yugavashistha Brahmananda Sangha will begin on July 29.
The 3 day event will witness several cultural religious functions at Brahmolokdham in Uliyan and Rabindra Bhawan in Sakchi.
President of the Sangha, KB Bhattacharjee said that it is the much awaited event of the year which is being celebrated by the Sangha from last 22 years.
The event will begin on July 29 with Cultural programme were Drama on “Leeladhar Srikrishna” to be presented by Mumbai/ Nashik Branch at Rabinda Bhawan followed by drama on “Mahaprayan” by Cuttack Branch also at the same venue. At 7.30 in the evening Drama on “Neel Saraswati” will be put up by Varanasi Branch at Rabinda Bhawan.
Another day of cultural event on Thursday, July 30 were drama on “Roop-Sanathan” by Kolkata branch will be displayed at Rabindra Bhawan while drama on “Samrat Kanishka” by the local Jamshedpur branch will enthrall the audience.
On the final day of the event on Friday, July 31 Guru Pujan will be held at Brahmolokdham at 9 in the morning while a cultural programme drama on “Diary” by Delhi team followed by a closing ceremony at Rabindra Bhawan at 6 pm.
