Group Discussion, dance performance marks Hill Top School’s 42nd anniv

Jamshedpur: Telco based one of the most reputed schools in Jamshedpur, Hill Top on Thursday, August 2, celebrated its 42nd anniversary at a function held in the school premises. Series of events were lined up for the auspicious day of the school.

Aditi Ansh presented the opening speech while a prayer Dance by Kaustavi Chatterjee of Class 1 marked start of the day’s celebrations.

Sunetra Laru of Class VI spoke about her nostalgic association with Hill Top School.

A beautiful, motivational dance performance was presented by the students on correction of injustice to girls and women in the society, through proper guidance and positive attitude.

There was a Group Discussion for students of Classes 8, 9 &11. The topics for the Group Discussion were-for Class 8 � Corruption is here to stay, for Class 9 � Should Jamshedpur remain under the Tata Umbrella?, for Class 11 � India is fast becoming unsafe for women & girls. The students enlightened the audience with their approach to the topics & empowered them to think towards a positive change.
The event ended with the school anthem sung enthusiastically by all the students of Hill Top School
