Jamshedpur, Sept 1: The Bhumi Pujan ceremony of Kadma Farm Area New Sarvjanik Durga Puja Committee was performed today by the senior member Bijoy Dutta in traditional manner. The Puja Committee licensee Runu Mahanty said that the pandal was being designed on abstract pattern. The height of the pandal will measure 50 ft and width 55 ft. A water fountain to be installed will spray water to a height of 20 ft. In its effort to spread the messages of �Go Green� and care for environment, the committee has decided to create a garden in front of the pandal with various types of plants.
Among those present during the Bhumi Pujan ceremony were VS Rana, Amit Kar, Pintu Ghoshal, Anjan Kar, Pallav Dalal, Swapan Kar, Hari Guha, Partho Dutta, Swapan Nag, Kamal Chatterjee, Asish Roy, Asim Moitra, SS Giri, Joy Bhattacharya, Rahul Tripathy, Sumit Kumar, Asish Singh, Ranjan Kumar, Gautam Das and Ujjwal.
