Jamshedpur, Aug 27: The ground breaking ceremony for the pandal construction of Tuiladungri Durga Puja Committee was performed today by priests Pradipta Kumar Das and Niranjan Rath in the presence of the committee�s chief patron Raju Giri, president Mithilesh Singh Yadav and general secretary Dinesh Kumar.
The Tuiladungri Puja committee has been organizing Durgotsav since 1934. The Durga Puja festival at Tuiladungri is celebrated with devotion, pomp and gaiety with attractive pandal decoration and fair. On earlier occasions pandal hoppers have witnessed the breathtaking replica of Deoghar�s Navlakkha Temple and the Shanta Durga Temple of Goa. The Tuiladungri Durga Puja Pandal is considered among the best in the city.
