Green House wins overall trophy as Vineet Mukhi and Suhani Kumari Shine at Andhra Association Sports Day

Jamshedpur, January 31: The 32nd Annual Sports Day of Andhra Association Middle School, Kadma, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship at the school ground on Saturday. The event began with the arrival of the chief guest, international yoga guru and founder of Sarkar Yoga Academy, Anshu Sarkar, who was warmly welcomed by the school management. He hoisted the school flag and inspected the grand march-past presented by students of Classes V to VIII, which reflected discipline and unity.
The sports meet was officially inaugurated with the lighting of the sports torch and release of balloons. Addressing the students, the chief guest encouraged them to adopt sports and yoga for a healthy and disciplined life.
Students of different age groups actively participated in various track and field events, including races, obstacle races, javelin throw, and shot put. Colourful ribbon and flag drill performances by junior and senior students added charm to the programme.
During the prize distribution ceremony, Vineet Mukhi of Class VII was awarded Best Athlete (Boys), while Suhani Kumari of Class VIII received the Best Athlete (Girls) title. Green House emerged as the Overall Winner with 400 points, while Red House secured the Runner-up Trophy with 290 points.
The event concluded on a joyful note, celebrating teamwork, talent, and the spirit of sports among students.
