Jamshedpur, July 15: Under the regular series of co-curricular activities Mimicry & Poster Making Competition were organized in Govind Vidyalaya, Tamulia on Friday, July 15.
Mimicry Competition was for the students of Std. VI to VIII organized by English Club. The students expressed their meticulous ideas through ways of imitation in the competition.
Piyush Dubey (VI B) of Daffodil House was first, Nikhil Singh (VIII C) of Cosmos House was the runner-up while Priya Kumari (VIII B) of Rose House was third.
The competition was judged by Ritambara Jha and Shomaila Khanam and hosted by Neha Yadav (English Club Incharge).
Poster Making Competition was for the students of Std. IX to XII on the topic �Swach Bharat Abhiyan� The students presented their thoughts in multihued colours in the competition.
Komal Kumari and Mansi Kumari (X) of Cosmos House was declared winner, Tasnim Kausar and Vishal Sharma (X) of Lotus House came second while Omkar Simran and Eram Samiran (IX) of Cosmos House and Shaima Gufran (IX) and Deepak Kumar Mahato (IX) of Lotus House were declared joint third.
The competition was organized by Eco Club under the guidance of Incharges Mr. Dharmendra Sharma & Miss Rita Ghosh. The competition was finally judged by Mrs. Molly Majumdar (Vice Principal).
