Chaibasa, July 15: West Singhbhum Deputy commissioner Dr Shantanu Agrahori chaired a meeting of Mining Task force at DC office and directed to constitute a team comprising Police Station in-charges , Circle officers and Forest Rangers to conduct inspection .
DC also directed the concerned officers to that area to submit a list of sand ghat, Crushers, Bricks manufacturing unit, and Mines. The list should contain the document of permission and other related information.
The team will visit the spot and inspect the document of environmental clearance , lease agreement, CTO, CTE , commercial taxes and electrical connection.
DC asked the forest department to register a case against the mines which are existing less than 250 meters from the forest area .
DC directed that the place of excavations of sand and the destiny must be mentioned in the challan of Balughat .
DC asked the authorities to forward the Balughat proposal of Majhgaon Block and Dc also asked the officers of electricity department to take action against the defaulter and lease owners of mining those who do not submit the closer report of mining lease should be black listed .
The present among others were SP Dr Michael Raj, SDO Chakradharpur, SDO, Jagnnathpur, SDO Sadar, commercial tax officersand mining officers .
