Jamshedpur, August 31: Govind Vidyalaya celebrated founderís Day with great pomp and show in the school campus.
74th birthday of Founder-Director Dr. B.D. Sharma was marked with a great show. The programme was an exotic blend of soulful music, and colourful dance.
Director in his address said if we make struggle our best friend, we will never look back in our lives.
With this objective the school was set up in 1980 with just 28 students but now the Vidyalaya doesnít require any anecdote, its well known in and around the city and he also congratulated the entire school team for their endeavour in making the school a leading C.B.S.E. Affiliated School in the town. He also focused on academic result and the awards.
This occasion was graced by the Principal Dr. Sunita Sinha, Administrator Krishna Modak and Vice Principal Mrs. Molly Majumdar, Public Relation Officer Mr. Rajesh Sharma along with all the teachers of English & Hindi medium and Students.
Under the guidance of teacher Naushad Razia and Neha Yadav the programme was anchored by Yuvraj Singh and Muskan Singh. Welcome speech was given by Neha Yadav and Vote of thanks was given by Naushad Razia. Contribution of the whole Govind Vidyalaya family made the programme a great success.
