Jamshedpur, Aug. 16: Govind Vidyalaya, Tamulia celebrated the 71th Independence Day with great pomp and show on August 15.
The Flag was hoisted by the Managing Director Dr B.D. Sharma, Principal Dr. Sunita Sinha, Administrator Krishna Modak, Vice Principal Arbind Chakraborty, Jr. Coordinator Neha Yadav, PRO Rajesh Sharma, Teachers, Students, & Parents.
In his address the Managing Director motivated the students to take an oath to do something for the progress of their country.
Drill, song & dance were presented by the students of different wings based on patriotism. Vote of thanks was delivered by Arbind Chakraborty.
The programme was coordinated by the students of std X Onkar Simran and Sharique Hussain under the guidance of teacher Naushad Razia.
Game teacher Jamshed and all the teachers� cooperation made the programme a grand success.
