Govind Vidyalaya celebrates 42nd Founder’s Day

Jamshedpur, August 29: Joy permeated in the Govind Vidyalay School campus in Tamulia as members of the managing committee, faculty, staff and students joined in the celebration of the institution’s 42nd Founder’s Day on Monday. A series of exciting events marked the occasion. A cake was cut on the occasion. Speeches highlighting the various aspects and achievements of Govind Vidyalay’s Director, Dr BD Sharma were delivered. The Principal, Vice Principal, Administration In-charge and teachers thanked and expressed gratitude to Dr BD Sharma for all the initiatives he had taken for bettering the standard of the School to ensure allround development of the students.

In his address, Govind Vidyalay Director, Dr BD Sharma appreciated the hard and dedicated work put in by the teachers and inspired students to give off their best in their studies and extracurricular activities that would stand them in good stead to meet future challenges with confidence and success. Teachers were presented certificates of appreciation and silver coins on the occasion.

The programme was anchored jointly by Naushad Razia and Ismat Naaz while the vote of thanks was offered by Sneha Sharma. Those present during the Founder’s Day celebration included School Principal JP Hota, Secretary Abhishek Sharma, Administrator Krishna Modak, Vice-Principal Anita Nandy and other members of the administration and faculty.
