Ranchi : Uninor, India�s fastest growing telecom operator in association with Goonj, an NGO working in the field of social empowerment, today launched a book collection drive named �Book a Smile�.
As a part of this drive, book collection centers have been setup at over 50 locations all across Bihar & Jharkhand, including Uninor stores, where people can donate old books-educational/comics, usable stationary and magazines.
Books thus collected will be distributed to underprivileged children who may otherwise not be able to own a book.
�Book a Smile� drive promotes awareness on the importance of books in a child’s life and encourages the habit of reading among children and families.
