Girl’s dead body found hanging from tree in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, June 14: A distressing incident unfolded as the lifeless body of a young girl was discovered hanging from a tree behind Ghaghidih Central Jail, falling within the jurisdiction of Bagbeda police station. Local residents alerted the police to the shocking find around one o’clock in the afternoon. The Bagbeda police promptly arrived at the scene, carefully removing the body from its grim trap before sending it for postmortem examination. The deceased has been identified as 20-year-old Lucky Tudu, a resident of Matladih. Upon receiving the information, the police reached out to Lucky’s maternal uncle and summoned him for questioning. The uncle revealed that Lucky had been residing with her maternal grandparents. The preliminary assessment by the police suggests that the case is likely a suicide, as the body was found hanging from a dupatta. Currently, authorities are investigating the matter to gather further details and establish a clearer understanding of the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
