Ghatshila By-Election: Master Trainers Undergo Intensive Training

Jamshedpur: In preparation for the 45-Ghatshila (ST) Assembly By-Election 2025, a Master Trainer Training Program commenced today at Jamshedpur Women’s College, running until October 17, 2025. The initiative aims to ensure a smooth, fair, and peaceful polling process across the constituency.
On the first day, Master Trainers were oriented on critical aspects of the electoral process, including EVM/VVPAT operations, voter turnout management, and resolving common errors or doubts that may arise during polling.

As per instructions from District Election Officer Karn Satyarthi, the Officer-in-Charge of the Training Cell emphasized the importance of punctuality and active participation to maintain high efficiency in both the training program and the subsequent election operations.

The training marks a key step in strengthening the readiness of polling personnel, ensuring that voters experience a seamless and transparent voting process during the by-election.
