Jamshedpur: A get-together for cancer patients was organized at Tata zoo by NIS Media Group under the Combat Cancer Mission programme of Meharbai Tata Memorial Hospital on Saturday.
The purpose of the programme was to provide a refreshing experience to the patients and breathe hope in them for a better life. Many dignitaries were invited to the occasion to spend time with the patients.
A lunch was organized for the visitors. The sub divisional officer of Dhalbhum Prem Ranjan, Colonel Ashish Khanna of Army Camp, Sonari, Dr Jauhar Banerjee, Dr OP Patro, Dr BR Master, Dr M Palit, Vipul Chakravarty and many others were present during the programme.
The dignitaries talked to the patients and motivated them to think positively.
