Jamshedpur, March 25: the Tatanagar unit of the Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Pariwar (AVGP) commenced its 38th Foundation Day celebrations and for the first time in its records, is celebrating the occasion as �Utsav 2019.� The event commenced with sports and games, pronunciation of Mantras, dance, word games, quiz, speech and painting contests among family members and relatives of Gayatri Pariwar members. The Foundation Day celebrations will continue till March 26. The concluding ceremony will include honoring of members of AVGP above 70 years of age. Prizes will be given away to winners of the various competitions held during the two day event. The panel of judges included Karvi Rao, Smarika Mishra, SSP Singh, Vimal Yadav and Prof Dipak Kumar for Shantikunj.
The organizing committee comprised Ankit Verma, Smriti Srivastav, Dipak Kumar, Saroj Kumar, Ruby Sharma, Bindi Devi, Gita Devi and others.
