Saraikela, Dec 11: The Saraikela-Kharsawan district police had recently arrested notorious gangster Manoj Sarkar including 10 gang members on charges of seeking ransom and creating terror in the district. The arrested have been sent to judicial custody. However, one of the gang members, Vicky Nandy had managed to hoodwink the police and escape. But feeling the police dragnet squeezing around him, Vicky surrendered in the Saraikela Court and has also been sent to judicial custody. Vicky Nandy is also has a criminal history.
