Gamharia: Electric furnace at Kali Mandir crematorium

Gamharia: The crematorium ground at Kali Mandir in the Gamharia industrial area will soon have an electric furnace. The Municipal Corporation mayor Binod Srivastav stated that in the first phase the electric furnace would be installed and in the next phase the lake within the Kali Mandir premises will also be renovated.

He said that the Adityapur Municipal Corporation (AMC) has marked four places to build sewerage treatment plants to take care of the garbage removal problems.
The Rs 255 crore project will set up these treatment plants at Saldih, Shaharbeda, Adityapur � 2 and a location near the Gamharia station. Srivastav also mentioned that the toilet at Gamharia Haat Bazaar that has remained closed since the past 10 years would be reopened.

�The main drain along Belaidih Road will be commissioned by end February next year and this would clear the problems of Gamharia Haat Bazaar,� Srivastav stated. The AMC mayor appealed to the villagers to cooperate in the development programs. He directed the engineers present during the inspection of the two main roads and drainage system to draw a DPR for repair and renovation of these problem posers.

Binod Srivastav assured that problems of many people on Rajasthan Bhawan road to Motinagar would be solved by installing water harvesting at 10 places that would prevent water logging on this route.

Former councilor Sonu Singh, councilor Sidhnath Singh, Shriram Yadav, Ramesh Kumar, Ganesh Mahto and Kishan Pradhan were present during the inspection.
