Jamshedpur, September 28: Employees of the Bistupur G-Town Club will receive a 15% bonus this year following an agreement signed between the club management and the Canteen Hotel Restaurant Workers Union on Saturday.
The bonus will benefit 42 employees of the club. According to the agreement, the average bonus amount will be Rs 32,466, with a minimum payout of Rs 24,004 and a maximum of Rs 36,103. The amount will be credited directly to employees’ bank accounts by September 30.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the club management by President Vinit Kumar Shah, Vice President Pranay Sinha, Rajesh Kumar Jha, Treasurer Mukesh Verma, Honorary General Secretary Vikas Kumar, Senior Manager Rakesh Jaiswal, and Deputy Manager Roshan Dey. Representing the union were President Rakeshwar Pandey, General Secretary Dadan Singh, Deputy President B.K. Dinda, and Committee Members Mohammad Hamid and Kiran Mahato.
Both sides welcomed the agreement, calling it fair and beneficial for employees.
