Frolic 2024 concludes with sports and cultural celebrations at RVS College

Jamshedpur, Dec 23:  Frolic-2024 at RVS College of Engineering and Technology came to a grand conclusion today, showcasing the talents of students in both sports and cultural activities. The event, which celebrated both sports and cultural activities, was graced by several distinguished guests. Binda Singh, President of the RVS Educational Trust, highlighted the college’s focus on providing excellent sports infrastructure for students. “We have made every effort to create an environment that nurtures both academic and physical growth,” he said.

Alongside Singh, other key guests included Lion Seema Bajpayee, District Governor of Lions Club International, who praised the college for its sports facilities. “The infrastructure built here will greatly benefit the students, helping them develop a balanced lifestyle,” she stated. Also present were Jai Prakash Rai, Editor of Chamakta Aina, Bharat Singh, Secretary of RVS Trust, Shatrughan Singh, Treasurer, and Prof. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, Principal of the college. Bharat Singh welcomed the guests, while the Principal honored them with shawls and mementos.

The competitions held during the event saw impressive performances across various categories. Binda Singh presented medals and certificates to the winners and runners-up. Among the top performers, the Tork team won first place in Rangoli, and Logical took the top spot in Mehendi. In the chess tournament, Madhu Kumari and Gagandeep Prasad emerged as winners in the girls’ and boys’ categories, respectively.

In athletics, Jaba Rani Mahato and Sahil Kumar Mahato claimed the top spots in the 100-meter races for girls and boys. Silicon House was crowned the overall champion of Frolic 2024 for their outstanding performance across multiple events. Dr. Sushant Mohanti, the event in-charge, concluded the festivities with a vote of thanks and the national anthem, officially marking the end of a successful and spirited Frolic 2024.
