Jamshedpur, May 17: Hemkund Public School Director Paras Nath Mishra inaugurated a 6-day free summer and fitness camp in the institution’s premises at Golmuri. In his inaugural address, Mishra remarked, “Children’s childhood and creativity get lost in worrying about marks and career. Instead, they should be made to continuously participate in sports that will make them physically and mentally strong.”
During the free summer and fitness training camp at Hemkund Public School, children would get to learn and enhance their skills in martial arts, yoga, football, cricket, dance and music.
Mishra said that the camp had been organized for the overall development of children. “No fee will be charged for participating in this summer and fitness camp to eliminate additional financial pressure on parents and guardians.” All teachers and students were present at the inauguration ceremony.
