Free health camp held for girls in Baharagora

Jamshedpur: A free health check up camp was held at Project Girls High School in Baharagora on Thursday under the aegis of Women’s Welfare Committee. It was inaugurated by the Prakhand Pramukh of Baharagora Shastri Hembram. As many as 105 girls were examined at the camp.

In her address, Hembram said the village girls would be greatly benefited by the camp. She said there was a need to spread awareness among the villagers, especially young girls, regarding health. Dr Bini Sarangi of Women’s Welfare Committee said a healthy body was important for keeping the mind healthy. Many people were present on this occasion.
