Four Jharkhand referees clear AIFF test

Jamshedpur, May 5: Four football referees from Jharkhand have been declared pass in AIFF National Referees Examination. In the month of Jan – 2014 five (5) referees Dinesh Soren from Jamshedpur, Suchit Toppo from Jamshedpur, Chunu Singh from Porahat, Parmeshwar Gope from Hazaribagh, Bajrang Chouhan from Dhanbad cleared the fitness test as well as theory examination which was held at Gandhi Nagar in Gujarat.

Commenting on the achievement Binod Singh FIFA Referee said that �this was a great achievement for Jharkhand Football Referees that five Referees cleared the Fitness test & Theoretical examination in a year. Jharkhand was 2nd after Tamil Nadu. From Tamil Nadu seven (7) Referees cleared the same test and qualified for the practical and Viva test.

After the final results four out of five referees were declared PASS by AIFF after their practical and viva exam held at Jamshedpur during recently concluded U-19 I-League tournament. The selected include Dinesh Soren, Suchit Toppo, Chunu Singh and Parmeshwar Gope.
