Four containment zones lifted from Chaibasa

Chaibasa, July 18: The Deputy Commissioner, Arwa Rajkamal has ordered lifting of containment zones from New Colony, Nimdih, Rathore Colony and Station Road. The order is effective from Saturday, July 18.

The Deputy Commissioner reported that corona positive cases were found in those localities and as such, were marked as containment zones on and from July 3. But since then, no further positive cases had been detected in the four localities and those who were affected underwent successful treatment andf their final reports showed negative. No other cases were reported since then resulting in the lifting of containment zones from the four areas in keeping with the central and state government [protocols that state if any further cases were not detected in the zones for 14 days after promulgation of containment zone, the control could be lifted. The low and high risk contact tracing had also been completed and reports have been found negative.
