Mail News Service Jamshedpur, August 13: The Bistupur police arrested Ajay Mukhi alias Makhnu Mukhi of Bagbera Lal Building, Samul Soren of Bagbera Colony, Raju Sao of Bagbera Ramnagar and Anjan Ghosh of Bistupur Dhatkidih Harijan Basti with illicit country liquor. Three tubes containing 35 liters each of the hooch were recovered while being transported in an autorickshaw. Rs 14, 950 were recovered from Anjan Ghosh. Inspector Vishnu Prasad Raut of Bistupur police station said that information was received about the liquor being transported to Bistupur from Bagbera. The police conducted a raid and arrested the accused. An FIR has been registered against them in the Bistupur police station.
