Jamshedpur: Chitranjan Verma, the representative of Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Rai, on Thursday laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth Rs 1.58 crore in Kadma and Sonari. He said the projects would greatly benefit local residents. He said the MLA had approved the projects under the MLA�s Local Area Development Fund.
The projects inaugurated today pertain to construction of roads, drain, culvert and covering of drains with slabs in the said areas.
Among those present on the occasion include Chunnu Bhumij, Pradip Singh, Ashok Singh, Tapas Chatterjee, Ravi Thakur, Mukul Mishra, Sanatan Mahananda, Budheshwar Karmakar, Birendra Singh, Raju, Mahendra Yadav, Prem Paswan, Subhash Singh, Tarak Mukherjee, Manoj Singh, Dharma Singh, Tinku and Mahendra Jha.
